Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the item(s) you purchase.We also
fully insure your package at no cost.
Shipping Methods
We do not ship to PO Boxes and items must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
Koorosh and Valencia Fine Design does not allow delivery to P.O. Boxes. We only deliver
to home or business addresses.
All packages require an adult signature to accept the delivery.
Shipping Upgrades
Your shipping method depends on the price of your order. If you are
offered free FedEx 2Day delivery, you can choose to expedite the order for a
fee.
International Shipping
Koorosh and Valencia Fine Design will also ship orders outside the United States
and Canada. The cost for shipping and insurance is a flat fee of $50 U.S. Check
with your country’s authorities about any other charges or taxes your may be
responsible for. If you are shipping to military personnel, we will ship to an
APO or FPO location at no extra cost. Please note that only the U.S. Postal
Service will ship to a APO or FPO address, so your order may take several weeks
to arrive.
Order Processing
In your account, you can see your estimated date of delivery for your
ordered item. In general, if you place an order during business hours, your
order will process on the same day. If you place an order over the weekend or
past business hours, your order will process on the next business day.
